HEAD OF SALES Toowong, Brisbane | 5 Days Office Based Base: $150,000 Commissions | OTE $300,000 Reporting directly into the CEO, this is a key leadership role where you will take full ownership of the investment property sales conversion pipeline — from initial enquiry through to settlement. You will be supported by a dedicated marketing team generating strong warm leads, allowing you to focus on maximising conversion rates, improving team performance, and ensuring every opportunity is effectively managed. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone with strong investment property sales experience who thrives in a high-performance, target-driven environment and leads from the front. About the Role You will lead a 6-person multidisciplinary sales team , including telemarketers, property consultants, and senior investment strategists. Your focus will be driving accountability, performance, and revenue growth across the entire sales function. You will refine sales processes, implement structured coaching frameworks, and build a strong results-driven culture focused on consistency, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
